feature: add auto-reset shortcut

Hi,

nerdlog by default starts with showing the logs of the last hour, which is a very nice default.

While reading through some intervalls, it would be convenient if one could jump back to the "start" (= 1h interval) with a keyboard shortcut/menu option, rather than to circle back to 'edit' , delete the long-format interval and replace it with -1h.

The default is not only last hour, it's also localhost, which I'm sure we should not reset back to. So are we talking about resetting just the interval and nothing else?

Personally I never felt the need to reset back to 1h, because deleting the interval is very easy (Ctrl-U, like in shell), so all in all it's very easy to go to Edit (:e, Enter), delete the current interval (since the interval field is focused by default, it's just a single key combination Ctrl-U), and then type 1h and hit Enter.

I'm still hesitant, but do you have a specific shortcut in mind? Also, would a command be good enough?

As another option btw, we can simply go back a few times (Alt+Left, like in a browser), which I also like to do often.
