Condense size of card under certain conditions

It would be great to add a variable to the UI to condense or expand the card size to X rows under certain conditions. For example, on my tablet kiosk, I would like to condense the All Clear message to 1 row to make room for other cards, like the calendar card in my attached image. But if there's an informational alert, expand to the default 2 rows. If there is an emergency alert, expand to 4 or 5 rows for visibility.
