Thanks for the report! Confirmed and fixed.

LitElement.prototype.css is undefined in certain HA builds or loading orders — so when Lit processes static get styles() it tries to call css as a tagged template function and crashes before the card can mount.

Fixed in v1.3.2.6 by adding an inline fallback: if LitElement.prototype.css is not available, a compatible css implementation is constructed on the spot, producing the CSSResult-compatible object ({ cssText, _$cssResult$: true }) that Lit's style pipeline expects. The card will now load correctly regardless of whether the prototype slot is populated.
