[docs-scanner] Contradictory information about extension review process #25220

Description

File: content/manuals/extensions/extensions-sdk/extensions/publish.md

Issue

The page contains contradictory statements about the manual review process:

First, it states:

"The Docker manual review process for extensions is paused at the moment. Submit your extension through the [automated submission process]..."

But then immediately after, in the "Before you submit" section, it says:

"If you request a review from the Docker Extensions team and have not followed the guidelines, the review process may take longer."

This second statement implies that manual reviews are still available and users can request them, which contradicts the earlier statement that the manual review process is paused.

Why this matters

Users reading this page will be confused about whether they can request a manual review or not. The contradiction creates uncertainty about the actual submission process and what options are available.

Suggested fix

Remove or update the second reference to align with the current state. If manual reviews are truly paused, the text should say something like:

"Before you submit your extension through the automated process, ensure it follows these guidelines to increase the likelihood of passing automated validation:"

Or if manual reviews are still available in some form, clarify when and how users can request them, and update the important callout accordingly.
