This has been bugging me as well, I wanted to code it into v1.9 before I release it.

I might use a trusted_users kwarg (like the one that was PRd into master) or a small options class.

@Stirven13 I just added a new user_bot kwarg that'll do this.
Note that if you have a !say command (or similar) and you have the owner set to the actual bot, this can lead to privilege escalation and use of owner-only commands (i.e. !say !eval print(self.http.token)).
