You can make these changes by making a "PATCH" request on the settings endpoint (/api/v9/users/@me/settings), the structure sent by the Discord client is:

It would be nice to allow it via client.edit_settings coroutine, who knows when Dolfies returns or I have time to do a PR.

You can already set custom statuses with client.change_presence().
