We have a gRPC and REST endpoints to add and update host firmware configuration. It would be nice to have an admin cli as well. It would make admins' lives easier. Otherwise they need to deal with authentication/certificates/etc.

Add an admin cli command to upsert a host firmware config (mirror the gRPC or the REST API).
