Add config section for Tiling WM's such as i3, XMonad, or dwm

I'll probably be doing this myself over winter break, would be a nice knowledge transfer to have available to others.

If you find yourself needing any help, I can lend a hand on an i3 section as that is what I run on my X1.

Besides just the WM itself, I think the following components make up what I consider a nice base when using a minimal WM as opposed to a full DE:

• i3 (Window Manager)
• polybar or i3bar (Status Bar)
• dunst (Notification Daemon)
• compton (Compositor to allow transparency + handle screen tearing)
• i3lock-color (Lock Screen)
• xautolock or xss (Timed Locking) + systemd service (Sleep Locking)
• rofi or dmenu (Launcher)
• urxvt or st (Terminal Emulator)

That sounds fantastic. As before, anything you have is openly welcomed to be PR'd into the guide or you can just put it here if you want me to perform some more editorial work on it before adding it in.
