shape转3dtile后没有轮廓，只有顶部

执行命令：

./_3dtile -f shape -i /root/3dtiles/target/release/input/Zhengzhou_Buildings_DWG-Polygon2.shp -o /root/3dtiles/target/release/input/output --height Elevation
可以成功输出3dtiles文件夹且在cesium加载，但只有顶部，没有轮廓

好了，找到原因了，是因为几何图形类型是Polygon (MultiPolygonZ)

@wangxiaofengx You can retest using ./_3dtile -f shape -i /root/3dtiles/target/release/input/Zhengzhou_Buildings_DWG-Polygon2.shp -o /root/3dtiles/target/release/input/output --height-field Elevation with #388 branch. Or you could supply some test data.
