Getting DNS error when migrating to uv with docker compose

Description

I follwed the incstruction on the development readme file ,after running the docker command "docker compose watch" to build the containers , ikeep getting the network error time to time.

.I had no problem when i was using poetry.

it appeared there is an issue iwth DNS resolving .I changed to cloudfare DNS 1.1.1.1 and the error was gone.Previous i was using google DNS
