Is this package still actively maintained?

Writing as someone that's used this package for a few different projects, and submitted a number of PRs that are still awaiting review after a long time. Would be happy to help with maintenance if the current maintainers are too busy (I recognize that I'm a random person on the internet, happy to follow up over email / whatever and provide references or other projects that I've worked on).

Hi @eliotwrobson. Thanks for opening this Issue. I'm glad to say that yes, Pooch is still maintained. Sadly in the past months we haven't been able to allocate time for it. We'll try to catch up in the next weeks.

Thanks for contributing as a maintainer! Today we started the conversation about getting some more people on board, and we'll surely consider your proposal.

Thanks for the PRs you opened, I'll try go through them soon. And thanks for understanding!
