docs(readme): align hosted-pricing copy with live export-gate model (#63)

The README advertised the retired generation-credit model ("3 free papers/day",
"$2.99 credit packs") across 14 lines. The live model (shipped 2026-07-03):
generate + read fully-cited papers free, pay only to export (PDF/Word/LaTeX).
Copy now matches openpaper.dev/llms.txt and the landing. Model-level wording only,
no specific prices (stays neutral to the live pricing A/B).
