[BUG] 默认的微软翻译不支持翻译页面

2. Description / 问题描述
   使用默认的微软翻译，无法对整个页面进行翻译

3. Steps to Reproduce / 复现步骤
   在全局规则中将微软翻译设置为默认翻译服务，打开任意英文页面，按alt+q，页面没有被翻译，如果切换其他服务，则可以被翻译。
   不知道是不是和最近脚本更新过微软翻译的API实现有关？

我这边试下来是所有英文网页都有这个问题，下面这两个是其中的例子。

用2.0.32版本试了下，这两个网站都能正常翻译，可以重新加载下插件试试，或者打开油猴后台插件的页面，在console的network tab查看是否Microsoft的翻译API是否正常发送，如图三所示

我将脚本恢复出厂设置，发现问题消失了。于是我把OK情况下的设置导出，和之前有问题的设置进行了比较，发现微软翻译默认的设置差异巨大。在2.0.32和之前的版本中，我都没有对微软翻译的API做过特别的设置，联想到2.0.32最近修复过微软翻译API调用相关的issue，所以猜测是新代码跑在老的配置上造成的问题。

虽然问题是解决了，但是如果未来每次KISS升级，都不会兼容老的配置，或者自动将老的配置升级到新的配置，那么这样的问题将层出不穷。虽然可以通过恢复出厂设置解决，但是要把一堆个性化设置的东西重新配置一遍也是挺累人的。
