The descent VERT REV page shows CLB SPD LIMIT when selected

Expected behavior

I'd expect it to show DES SPD LIMIT

Steps to reproduce

1. PERF - DES - SPD CSTR
2. CLB SPD LIMIT shown
3. To access DES SPD LIMIT, select the VERT REV page of an approach waypoint.
