This is basically that I wanted to point out. Also I wanted to adress that Dr.Ratio optimizer somehow doesn't take in account his e1

same relics, but optimizer shows 91/350 CR/CD while character page shows 101/370(boost from his e1)

yes I specified that amount of stacks are 10 out of 10

Are you on advanced rotation mode? I believe the simple rotation should be fine, there's some issues with advanced not updating sliders.

Yeap, problem is happening in advanced rotation only. Should I close discussion now or wait till problem will be resolved, or you will close it yourself?
