Setup env

Hi,

Great repo. I am trying to setup my env.

Once running python Solvers/RL/DDPG_train.pym I get this error '/Users/farhadbalali/Documents/GitHub/Chargym-Charging-Station/Chargym_Charging_Station\Files\Weather.mat'

While, Weather.mat exist among Files.

your path is wrong, pay attention to / and \ in
/Chargym_Charging_Station\Files\Weather.mat
