Stop using arcfour cypher // make cypher configurable

1. arcfour is fast but not secure
2. latest distribution of ssh totally disable arcfour by defaut

These two points show that we cannot rely on this cypher.
So the good move would be :

• either to use default cypher
• or to make cypher configurable in .map file
