v1.0.6 - British Council icon, OIDC publishing, and more

Hey everyone,

Quick update on what landed in v1.0.6:

New icon

• British Council - thanks to the community request in [Icon Request] British Council #29

Infrastructure

• Automated npm releases now work end-to-end via OIDC trusted publishing (no tokens needed)
• All packages publish with signed provenance attestations
• Org references updated to match the new lowercase GitHub handle

Packages

All five packages are live on npm at v1.0.6:
