zip-rs needs configuration update

The fuzzing configuration for zip-rs (https://crates.io/crates/zip) hasn't worked for about 3 years. I'm the lead maintainer, and I submitted #14857 to update the configuration once I found out that the configuration existed (I wasn't aware of it when I took over); but after 2 months, it's still waiting for approval for a CI run. How can I reach out to the relevant people, and find out whether any other action might be needed on my end?
