Latest version (3.7.3) missing from https://apt.grafana.com apt repository

loki v3.7.3 is still missing from the https://apt.grafana.com repository three weeks after release.

We are about to make a 3.7.4 release. I'll try and get that onto the apt repository

@jnewbigin will 3.7.4 allow smooth update from 3.7.2 without any breaking changes?

UPDATE: just tried to fetch package 3.7.4 and after 4 days from release it is not there still

The packages for 3.7.3 and 3.7.4 have been published to github.
These will take up to 24 hours to be indexed and available at https://apt.grafana.com/

There are no breaking changes in the release notes (The operator change is not relevant to this release branch).
But the 3.7.3 packages will able to available for your upgrade path and testing.

There were some more hiccups getting the packages signed, but they should now all be available n the apt & rpm repositories.
