Tailscale support

Hi,
Does anyone have good idea how to use the uptime kuma addon for home assistant to also monitor tailscale enabled devices.
I am already using the tailscale add-on, but I have not seen any out-of-the-box options for connecting it with uptime kuma.
Any ideas are welcome :)
