Create Release Branches for `14.1.2`, `14.2.0`, and `15.0.0`

Dear Developers,
I did not see any new version on NPM since 14.1.1 what is 4 year old, even I see base on the commit you are actively maintain.
I would like to kindly ask create a new release. If I can help somehow please give me a hint how can I contribute.

Hi, this is on our radar but I'm going to leave this open and make it the official issue to track it. A lot of changes have happened since I wrote #890 so this is the new plan as I see it:

• v14.1.2; only security patches
• v14.2.0; only risk-free bug fixes
• v15.0.0; fully up-to-date

I'm going to close #890 now that we're tracking it here.
