While searching where email templates are inside the Email app, i could not find them naturally. I had to search through the Loader class to actually know if they were there. Afterwards I remembered that there is a dropdown in the breadcrumbs for some of the options available.
I think it would be better to move options from the dropdown to the second sidebar so that users can immediately see that these options are available for them and not have to search through the entire screen to find these options.
