Repository is transferred

The ignis repository has been moved to the new ignis-sh organization!
I plan to create a few more repositories related to Ignis, and storing them all in my personal account is a bit inconvenient. In this case, a separate GitHub organization is more appropriate.

Old links still work, they just redirect to the new locations.
UPD: Oh wait, not really, the old documentation link is broken (https://linkfrg.github.io/ignis/latest/index.html), please use the new one: https://ignis-sh.github.io/ignis/latest/index.html
