How can I rotate widgets?

I'm trying to make a vertical version of my bar and it would be useful to be able to rotate widgets.

See my old waybar on the left, the window title is vertical.

I've tried the css transform solution but it doesn't suit my needs.

See #203 and #153, GTK4 doesn't support text rotation out of the box, so it has to be implemented separately
