Lockscreen

I made a simple snippet for creating a lockscreen using https://github.com/wmww/gtk4-layer-shell, since there isn't a lockscreen service yet.
The code probably isn't the greatest but I thought I'd drop it here in case anyone wanted to use it.

Had some errors that assign_window_to_monitor shouldn't be called with an already realised window. Fixed it with making the window visible=False by default.
