This dumper puts the nocash footer data at 0xFF800 instead of appending it to the end of the dump. So ninfs could check there for the nocash data if it's not found at the end of the file, and it would work without needing to also obtain the console ID separately.

Seconding this. That's where the footer is put by Unlaunch and specified by nocash in GBATEK, not at EOF (where dumpTool and SafeNANDManager put it to be non-destructive)
