Problem running ThemeCreator

[Barrowcroft]

I have installed ttkbootstrap and pillow using UV and am running on Python 3.13. When I try to run the ThemeCreate I get the following error:

Could anyone suggest what is going wrong. I guess it's something to do with the use of Pillow.
