bump yip: fix Hetzner native metadata URLs (EC2-compat removed 2026-08-01)

Context

mudler/yip PR #329 fixes provider_hetzner.go to use Hetzner's native /hetzner/v1/ metadata API.

Why this matters

kairos-agent (now part of this repo) embeds yip. Without this fix, the Hetzner datasource Probe() fails on all Hetzner servers after 2026-08-01 (when Hetzner removed EC2-compatible metadata routes — https://docs.hetzner.cloud/changelog#2026-08-01-removed-metadata-routes).

Result: no cloud-config applied → Kairos nodes install without k3s config, SSH keys, or hostname. All current Kairos ISO releases are broken for Hetzner automated provisioning.

Request

1. Once fix(hetzner): use native /hetzner/v1/ metadata URLs (EC2-compat removed 2026-08-01) mudler/yip#329 is merged and a yip release is tagged, bump the yip dependency
2. Cut a new kairos-agent release
3. Build and publish a new Kairos ISO so users can update kairos_iso_id in their provisioning configs
