So you just introduced a new add-on/tool, what do you do now?

With the pending introduction of tools to the kedro new flow, I've noticed there are a lot of places in the code base that need to be changed when the tools are added to or modified - I thought I'd make a list here for us to keep track of:

• Code:
  • Cookiecutter prompt text and regex validation
  • Config file regex validation
  • Processing kedro new --tools input
  • kedro new --help text
• Tests:
  • Unit tests in starters.py
  • e2e tests
• Documentation:
  • new_project_tools.md in the documentation
  • new_project.md in the documentation

This could also provide a starting point for streamlining if/when we look at refactoring this workflow
