KeepassXC blocking option+space keypresses on macOS

Brief Summary

After a long(er) period of using KeepassXC on macOS, at some point, option + space keypresses get blocked by KeepassXC -> I have iterm spawn a dropdown terminal via option + space but for some unknown reason, at some point, an open KeepassXC starts blocking this keypress. After closing and re-opening KeepassXC, the key combination is working again, i.e., iterm2 opens the dropdown terminal correctly without KeepassXC interference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use KeepassXC for extended period of time (idk yet what exact event in KeepassXC triggers this behavior but it happens latest every couple days, sometimes within hours)
2. Try to open an app via option + space combination; in my case iterm2 dropdown terminal via this shortcut
3. KeepassXC blocks the keypress; app does not react anymore to option + space presses
4. Quit KeepassXC -> problem gone; app listens again to option + space keypress
5. KeepassXC can be opened again; everything works (until it breaks again after some time; see step 1)

I cannot reproduce this. Can you confirm that you don't have any application specific keyboard shortcuts defined at OS level? Or a Global Auto-Type keyboard shortcut set in KeePassXC that could interfere with other shortcuts?
