Add skip or change pronunciation option

Thanks for this great software, It would make this software absolutely perfect if you can add an option to skip certain words and change pronunciation option, It really is annoying when punctuations in words also read aloud.

I agree. NaturalReader allows custom pronunciations and I would appreciate the option to make a list of custom pronunciations for certain words, especially uncommon names and proper nouns.
