Implement sending a stream of mode + counter + data + ECC (ECC can be optional) with and without a mask to a text file in the form 0,1,1,0,0,0,1,0,1,1.... For example rMQR R17x99 M - stream of 1280 bits (98 bytes + 2 bytes + 60 ECC bytes)

Yes, it may be possible by coding & using APIs.

If you just want to serialize a stream, try this:
