[bug] kiwix-desktop won't start without internet

Kiwix failes to open silently. From CLI I get
Cannot download favicon from library.kiwix.org/catalog/v2/illustration/.../?size=48
And it won't start

It started after maybe an hour or less with some error message I accidentally clicked away. Now, again, it wont start but with another message:

ERROR:file_path_watcher_linux.cc(315)] inotify_init() failed: Too many open files (24)
Cannot download favicon from library.kiwix.org/catalog/v2/illustration/.../?size=48

I am using debian 12 for now with kiwix-desktop version 2.3.0. This is what the text from the window I clicked away:

Impossible to launch downloader, Kiwix-desktop will start but all download functions will not working!

Cannot connect to aria2c rpc.
