Store and load settings

Hi and thanks for turbo, it is my go-to editor on OpenBSD general everyday tasks.

I have noticed the settings we can toggle in the menu doesn't gets stored or loaded, so i have to hide the line numbers every time i start turbo.

Could you add support for saving and loading settings?

I am aware that this is a very important feature and that it's missing. I intend to implement it, but I can't promise when.
