Add to right click menu "Run AHK Script" for .ahk or .ahk2 files

It would be really nice to have a right click -> run ahk script option straight from the file tree menu rather than having to open the file to then right click -> hover ahk++ -> then click Run AHK Script

I know I haven't pushed any changes to AHK++ in a long time, but this one should be easy :)

You're welcome to open a pull request to this extension :) I'm extra busy this week, might have some time this weekend. Should just be a few lines in package.json
