2 issues: Scroll to top + Copy Tooltip

Hello,

Great app. Two suggestions:

1. Can you make it to where it doesn't slide back to the top of the page when previewing a background?
2. Add a tooltip when copying. I don't know what I'm copying: am I copying plain CSS or am I copying Tailwind classes?
