Unable to sync my new API token to stremio

I have purchased a new API token and when I try to sync it with stremio I get an error saying I need to go to the configuration page
But I already pasted the API token to the stremio.io website (configuration page) which I received from realdebrid today and still can't watch anything on stremio

you can configure with anonymous mode or logged in method. if you're using the logged in method then create profile configuration and then goto the integration page to install it into stremio.

I have the same issue: when I save the logged-in API, it doesn't save, and when installing in Stremio it says no API is configured. This didn't happen in previous versions. This happens with Torbox.
