.NET - Issue after updating to 1.8.0

Hi,

Sorry, I didn’t want to create a bug report before checking here.

I have two questions/issues:

I can’t find the release notes for versions .NET 1.7.0 and 1.8.0. Are they available somewhere?
After updating to 1.8.0, the AI returns an empty response when calling more than one tool.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is there anything I should check before opening a bug report?
