We need per package release notes for dotnet releases

There are 37 NuGet packages that are published from this repo, but if I look at the release notes for dotnet tagged versions, all I can see are the auto-generated commit summaries in that release.
Python releases seem to have some information at the per-package level.

How can I figure out if there are any breaking change or feature update worth upgrading to?
Could the dotnet releases get some love too?
