Any way to setup local only skills?
Like an apm.local.yml?
This way devs using their own set of skills can dont have to pollute skills generally used repo wide

Have you checked devDependencies:? Does that work for your use case?

devDependencies come into play when u pack. But both are installed repo wide.

Guess an alternative is to create a apm.yml in %USERPROFILE% and run apm install there
