Open in Agents Window not showing my past Copilot chat sessions

• Copilot Chat Extension Version: 0.48.0 (not easy to find, have to hover over the extensions entry instead of from the extension detail)
• VS Code Version: 1.120.0
• OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22631
• Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode):
• Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): Not relevant, used different ones

Steps to Reproduce:

1. With existing VS Code Github Copilot chat sessions, I click the new feature of "Open in Agents"

2. The "Sessions" bar shows nothing when I expect it to show the existing sessions before migrating to the Agents Windows
