PR stuck with Validation-Completed, Azure-Pipeline-Passed and Validation-Guide

I have a question about a WinGet package submission that appears to be in an unusual state.

PR: #397020

Current status:

• Validation-Completed
• Azure-Pipeline-Passed
• Validation-Guide
• New-Package

There are no validation error labels, no review comments requesting changes, and the validation pipeline completed successfully after a retry.

I also tried running @wingetbot run, but the bot replied:

Commenter does not have sufficient privileges

I reviewed the Validation Guide and couldn't identify any remaining issue with the manifest. The package validates and installs successfully locally as well.

Is this expected for a new package submission, or does the Validation-Guide label indicate the PR is stuck in an intermediate state? If so, is there anything I should do, or does it simply require a maintainer to rerun validation or complete manual review?

Most moderators are community volunteers; it may take some time (days, sometimes weeks) before they get a chance to review your PR. Please be patient and allow them sufficient time. In addition, a "New package" PR may take more time to vet as compared to new version PRs for existing packages. Most moderators keep an eye on the winget-pkgs Matrix Chat. Oh, and I think I glanced over your actual question. There was no action item needed on your PR anymore. The Validation-Guide is applied when pipelines move to an error state during any validation run. The PR was simply awaiting a moderator review, as indicated by the latest policy bot comment on the PR.
