Ollama Local Models don't populate correctly

I have 6 local models to choose from and only 3 populate on the list, the other 3 are resolving to random paid models. I have attached screenshots so you can see. Weird behavior. I even tried using a simpler name for mistral using a modelfile and it still doesn't detect or populate.

I fixed this issue myself using Cursor IDE. I created an issue and proposed fix here:
