Multiple accounts on same agent.

Problem: Users have multiple accounts for OpenAI, but they cannot use the same provider with different accounts on the same agent. For each account, a new agent needs to be opened on the system.

Fix: Users should be able to add multiple accounts on the same provider on the same agent.
