it didn't give me any output, I test multiple YouTube videos from 3h to 30m
i run it from Android cellphone and Chrome browser
it always give me an error code

Hey, I ran into this same issue and managed to track down the root cause.

The problem is in the sanitize_filename() function in main.py. The # character isn't being stripped from the filename, which causes the file to be saved correctly on disk but the URL gets broken when the browser/server interprets # as a fragment identifier — so the frontend can't find or serve the file.

This happens whenever the video title contains a # (common with YouTube titles using hashtags).

Permanent Fix: Add # to the regex in sanitize_filename() in main.py:

# Before
filename = re.sub(r'[<>:"/\\|?*]', '', filename)

# After
filename = re.sub(r'[<>:"/\\|?*#]', '', filename)

Quick Workaround (for clips already generated with # in the filename):

Exec into the backend container and rename the affected files:

docker exec -it <backend_container_name> bash

cd /app/output/<your_job_id>/

for f in *; do
  newname=$(echo "$f" | tr '#' '_')
  [ "$f" != "$newname" ] && mv "$f" "$newname"
done

After renaming, refresh the dashboard and the clips should appear correctly.

Hi! I was facing the exact same issue where the clip previews wouldn't load (remaining completely black) in my local Docker environment.
I applied the suggested permanent fix to the sanitize_filename() function in main.py and rebuilt the container. It worked perfectly! The clip previews are now loading correctly.
