I am currently evaluating the Spectre CNVcaller which led me to this page from the epi2me/wf-human-variation Gitpage.
May I know if there is a any mapping of the original parameter in Spectre to ONT-Spectre and is there any rationale for those deviation?
And lastly, is there any benchmark versus the original Spectre since the split? And more importantly, will the results be the same from both runs on Spectre vs ONT-Spectre?
