compress_fast5 command

For some reason , I am getting this error

bash: compress_fast5: command not found...

Any thoughts on now to resolve

Hi @senukobla,
It seems that your install of fast5_api has not worked correctly, we recommend using pip install ont_fast5_api.
Please try this and let us know if it resolves the problem, if not please could you provide more details of how you created the environment, how you installed the package, and other relevant details about your configuration.
