Hi,
Thank you for developing this tool. I'd like to make a comment that I hope could be useful. My knowledge on computer science is limited, so I guess lots of users won't find this problem.
The thing is I needed to install the vbz compression hdf5 plugin to use nanopolish and I struggled to make it work. I missed more detailed instructions about the installation. Also, I found the release site was somehow confusing. In the "1.0.2" section there are some files from the 1.0.1 release, and I could not find the ont-vbz-hdf-plugin....tar.gz file for the 1.0.2 release.
In the end, I downloaded ont-vbz-hdf-plugin-1.0.1-Linux-x86_64.tar.gz, added the plugin to HDF5_PLUGIN_PATH, as advised in other issues, and nanopolish run with no error.
Thank you again!
