Description of feature
Adding cellranger aggr(egate) can be useful because:
(1) it aggregates multiple samples and provides secondary analysis (t-SNE / UMAP, clustering)
(2) can depth-normalize between samples by downsampling (default setting)
(3) supplies cloupe files for Loupe Browser compatibility
Our core facility receives regular requests to run this. In these cases, the intention is to use Loupe Browser which requires the unified and depth-normazlied .cloupe file produced by cellranger aggr.
